This auction is for one Cairns & Bros. leather & metal helmet ID frontpiece,used,but like new.from Glenview,Kentucky Fire Department. I bought this for my collection years ago and it has a typed sticker on the backside that reads "Kentucky". It is..appx 6 1/4" high x 4 3/4" wide". Front is curvrved and hard to measure. It is all leather with a brass strip on the backside that reads "Cairns Bros",has slight bend in it,was curved to fit helmet, Has a metal fire department emblem 1 3/4" round plate on the front side. U.S. Mailing cost of $5.50, if buyer is outside the U.S. I will have to advise on the cost of shipping. Cashiers check accepted as payment. Pay-Pal also accepted.
