This is the Playing Mantis 1998 Captain Action Doctor Evil 12" action figure mint in box and new, CASE FRESH. It was taken out of a long-stored factory case just before I listed it (factory case shown for reference, not included). A perfect replica of the counterculture supervillian who can become other supervillians... Seriously, he's got sandals,a big medallion, a hippie-like outfit... He's an icon for everything "the man" hates. Package illustrations by legendary Flash artist Carmine Infantino! A great retro toy!
