*CARL-HARRY STALHANE âe" VASEâe" RORSTRAND* Beautiful vase with harsfure glaze, made by Carl-Harry Stalhane for Rorstrand. Marked with R and 3 crowns âe" Rorstrand logo, SWEDEN, CHS for Carl-Harry Stalhane, and SYL. Size: height 7,5âe (19 cm). The vase is a factory first. Great condition, but if you use a magnifying glass you would be able to see some cracks. At the beginning he worked as assistent for Gunnar Nylund. 1943 âe" 46 he study painting for Isaac Grunewald and 1947 âe" 48 he study sculpture at Académie Colarossi in Paris. He worked at Rorstrand until 1973. 1973 he started Designhuset Stalhanegruppen AB. He has also worked as consultant at Bing & Grondahl in Kopenhagen, once a week, 1973 âe"1990.
