West German Carstens "Ankara" Decor Vase One of a large collection of Ankara pieces that I shall be listing for sale over the next few weeks. Rich, blue ground, with metallic wax-relief applied decor over the top. Fantastic, sophisticated glaze. In excellent vintage condition - no chips or cracks. Has a rough edge to the base from where the glaze ran and it was chipped from the glaze shelf in production - see photo 2. Marked to the base 627 - 29 Measures approx. 11.5" tall Offers accepted Any questions, please ask!
