This is a finely carved Buddha amulet from Thailand made by monks from a relic stone from a sacred cave in Prachuap Khirikan province in the Isthmus of Southern Thailand. My pics cannot convey the fine detail in the image of standing Buddha with alms bowl. It is in a ornate old style bronze case of a type that is difficult for me to find these days and 1.75 inch in height. Please note the shipping cost is $9 for Registered International Airmail from Bangkok to anywhere in the world and there is a starting price of only $14.99.
