HI, This Auction is for a very beautiful large two bladed Copperhead knife that Case Produced back in 1972.This knife measures just a little shy of 4 " in the closed position and features chip & crack free beautiful genuine gorgeous red bone with a pinned on (Not Glued) nickle silver Case xx inlay shield.This knife has never been used,carried or the blades re-sharpened.This knife has nickle silver bolsters with brass pins & brass liners.The blades are made of Case's special formula of High Carbon Alloy Cutlery Steel and have really great snap requiring a pretty good finger nail to even open them.Neither blade has any side play.Both blades also feature a very solid half stop positioning.This really is a very tight and very solid old pocket knife.It's real easy to see that this old jewel hasn't been handled too many times!.Please see pictures for tang markings and there will not be any agreement about how many dots there are,because you can read the dots very easily on this big beautiful knife which is actually not at all that common!.These types of bolsters usually hide them.The only flaws that I can see to mention would be one real tiny carbon speck near the nail nick on the Master.This old pocket knife is super clean inside and out and I think that most would say that this knife is in mint condition for it's age.This knife is in
