You are bidding on a lightly and carefully formerly enjoyed condition sandblasted finish Castello "Old Antiquari" "Great Line" series, "Bent Freehand Military Dublin" shaped pipe, with a natural briar burl bowl rim, that was hand crafted in Italy. The ring grain sandblasting of the bowl is gorgeous. I hope that you can see this for yourself in the photographs that are posted below. This is a "Carlo Scotti" stamped pipe. This pipe has been in storage for about he past decade. This classic Castello design shaped pipe is a beauty! The flowing lines of the cut of the bowl are textbook Castello! The overall balance is perfect, with a low center of gravity. The hand feel is extremely comfortable. The draft is effortless. A pipe cleaner will pass to the bottom of the bowl. Ihave lightly but carefully and thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, rejuvenated, and polished this pipe to a clean, issue free condition both inside and out.
