FAQ's How Long Will It Take? Orders are normally despatched from the warehouse within 2 working days. Do you ship overseas? At present, we do not offer delivery outside of the UK. How long will it take to answer my email? We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (please allow longer if you email us over the weekend.) It's been over a week and my order's not been delivered. What should I do? Please call our warehouse on and we will be happy to track your order for you. What happens if I am out when my order is delivered? If you are out when delivery is attempted the couriers or postman should leave a card for you detailing the whereabouts of your parcel. Can I collect my item? Unless it is stated on the auction that collection is available then this is not possible. For auctions that state that collection is availble then these can be made from our Swindon warehouse with prior arrangement via email.
