Up for auction are these 2 vintage CD Civil Defense helmets. One is marked Detroit. The fiberglass helmet is a Hard Boiled E.D. Bullard Co and the metal helmet is marked BF McDonald Co. The fiberglass Hard Boiled helmet has some marks on the inside that look like black marker which can be seen in my photo's. Both of these were owned by a gentleman who was part of the Civil Defense in Detroit Michigan. These do show age and wear and the metal one does have some dents at the top. Both have their liners.I also have another auction with 2 more helmets and a few auctions with other Civil Defense memorabilia.
