Carroll is listed as a reference on page six. Minor soiling with notations on cover. (2) Charles H. Carroll warranty deed, dated July 28, 1836, for the purchase of land in Kent County, Michigan for $83,000. One partly-printed page (not signed by Carroll) with separations beginning at folds.
