It is decorated in a delicate overall trailing sheet print of berries or hopberries on a vine. The tureen is unmarked. The pattern is found in the Milbourn book "Understanding Miniature British Pottery & Porcelain" (p. 109). The pattern is attributed to William Hackwood, or its successor Cockson & Harding one of the fine potteries in the Staffordshire region of England c 1835. The piece is in verygood condition.
