A wonderful pair of Chinese export porcelain plates, decorated in blue and white, Qianlong period, 18th century Description: On offer is this exquisite pair of Chinese porcelain plates, hand painted under glaze in deep blue on milky white. The circular plates are skillfully decorated and show a central design of flowers, surrounded by an ornate border with continuous floral patterns. Both plates have a plain back side and are unmarked. The other plate has a very light 1,5'' rim hairline, but still produces a clear sound. It also has some minute rim frittings, as usually found on antique Chinese porcelain dinnerware.
