Signed. Trade silver prices have exploded in the past year. As evidenced by Skinners Boston auctions in Fall 2010. There a pair of 4 1/4 inches vases for $2000. Later in 2011 a common, damaged 20 ounce CES tea set sold for $6800 USD at Halls Gallery in the UK. A slightly larger, damaged, mismatched set sold at Christie's London this past winter for $7200. When a tiny, twenty one ounce CES tea service, with damaged enamel work sold for 35,000 GBP plus premium ($70,000 USD) at Bonhams UK. The tray in rectangular form. Faux bamboo rim atop beautifully pierced scrolling bamboo side walls. Centre with skillfully hand decorated battling dragons and sacred pearl, amidst rolling clouds. The pearl in rare fiery lotus form. Series of three border designs, interwoven geometric, scrolling prunus and rolling cloud. Boldly cast standing dragon handles.
