This beautiful first edition of Cider House Rules , by John Irving, was published in New York by William Morrow and Company, Inc., in 1985. It is signed by the author and is a limited edition (number 184 of 250). Book has a protective mylar covering and is a specially bound edition in a slipcase. It has gold edged pages at the top, and a sewn-in ribbon for page marking. John Irving is the author of such well-known novels as The World According to Garp and A Prayer for Owen Meany . These works have earned him critical acclaim and a large following of readers. This best-selling novel was made into a popular movie. Condition: Both the book and slipcase are in Fine condition, with no marks, soiling or rubbing. Binding is tight and book has not been read.
