This 1920's portable hand crank phonograph still works.I cranked it several times put on a record.put on the original retainer nut and it played good,speakers sound clear.there is a little corrosion on the gun metal color arm,but not bad at all.The thumb screw that holds the needle in the reproducer is broken off,but needle is very secure.The blue shell shows some rubs and scrapes,but again not so bad for something almost 100 years old.The head reads SWITZERLAND FAB SUISSE.The leather carry strap is missing.There are 12 extra needles also.
