6 Civil War Period Mailing Envelopes Six Civil War Era envelopes with one picturing Maj. General Siegel, a mustard yellow envelope, front smudges and a small tear at the top left back. One picturing Corcoran, Son of Erin. The front is in good condition. One picturing Everett, light yellow in color with the picture being rust colored. picturing Lieut. Brownell, who shot Jackson, who shot Ellsworth, some stains and flecks on the front. One picturing Brig. Gen. Lyon, with some minor smudging on the front and a yellow envelope. And one picturing J. C. Breckinridge, branded as a Traitor, a yellow envelope in good condition on the front. All were removed from an album and show residue of glue and old album paper on the reverse side which does not show through to the front. See the photographs for condition.
