6 Civil War Period Mailing Envelopes Six Civil War Era Period mailing envelopes depicting events, sentiments and notable persons. One depicting the Missouri Compromise, the front in good condition. One showing men hanging "On the Road to Washington", the front in good condition. One Depicting John Bell, the front in good condition. One showing a noose, (Good "Noose" for Traitors) The front showing a small smudge in the center of the envelope. One depicting Gen. Lyon of Missouri, the front showing a small tear at the bottom and some age darkening. The last another depicting John Bell, Labeled as a traitor. All envelopes show glue and old album paper residue on the back w they were removed from an album. Please note the photographs for condition. Thank you.
