Huge lot of coat and cuff sized Grand Army of the Republic GAR Civil War veteran buttons and a few Sons of Veterans SV uniform buttons. These were worn at GAR encampments and reunions by the veterans and sons of veterans from just after the war to the 1900's. Makers are " Scovill Mfg Co Waterbury " and a " Goodwins Patent ".
