Greetings from the seller also known as 2muchstff !!! It's true, I am and have 2muchstff & finally decided some things just have to go! I started this 2nd e-Bay account to sell personal items that I felt might be of interest to collectors and others. I found more boxes of mine that had assorted memorabilia and toys in mom's attic. CLASSIC 'MODERN' HOUSE N SCALE - FALLER 2260 House dimensions are 5 1/4" W x 5" D x 2 1/4" H. Details include "glass" windows with shutters, "wood" construction, a "stone" chimney, front yard with bird bath and picket fence, backyard patio with umbrella table & chaise lounge, 2 car garage. A very nice, and quite popular, item for any layout! NOTE: TV antenna top is missing and the glue used has yellowed with age so a little touch up/cleaning will be needed. A tremendous item that would make a fine addition to any model railroad / N guage layout!!! Item will be shipped carefully packaged! SHIPPING DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS! ALSO, I no longer will ship to France due to the unreliable postal service there! AGAIN, not my fault and not worth arguing or fighting over - there's already too much fighting in the world!!! Just for future reference, I don't sell items outside of e-Bay's system because they are not covered by Seller-Buyer Protection provided by e-Bay & I like that protection! Too many people think waiting until the last minute to bid is a good strategy. No strategy is that good when 'everybody' uses it, that actually tends to negate the strategy! Those same people always underestimate their own ability to blow it & miss an auction or fall prey to Murphy's Law and 'life' gets in the way, causing one to miss an auction's end. Both of these things happen a lot! There's an old expression, ''Like singin' the blues, if you snooze, you lose!'' I don't mean that in a disrespectful way, just pointing out a funny truth about how life can be for us all. My strategy belief is, if you see an item you want from a seller with good feedback, bid right away & hope you can be there at the last minute! What's the worst that can happen that way?
