"Gilbert White and Selborne", Henry C. Shelley, undated, illustrated from photographs, published by T. Werner Laurie, London, generally in fair to good condition overall, despite foxing. "The Natural History of Selborne and Naturalists Calendar", Gilbert White, New Edition, undated, published by Blackie and Son Limited, London, generally in fair to good condition overall, despite the internal foxing, detached frontispiece, and the rubbing and bumping to the boards. “The Natural History and Antiquities of Selborne”, Gilbert White, dated 1906, published by Methuen & Co, London, generally in fair to good condition overall despite the internal foxing. “White’s Selborne for Boys and Girls”, edited by Marcus Woodward, with reproductions of Bewick’s woodcuts, undated but a penned date of 1928 is shown on the title page, bound with cloth on card boards, generally in fair to good condition, with fraying to the edges of the boards and some fading. “The Natural History of Selborne and The Naturalists Calendar”, Gilbert White, undated, a New Edition published by Frederick Warne and Co, London, illustrated frontispiece and internal illustrations, generally in fair to good condition overall. "The Natural History of Selborne", Gilbert White, dated 1949, Letters Selected and Edited by G. Miallon, Didier, Paris, paperback book, some internal illustrations, generally in fair condition overall with some page browning and wear to the boards. According to an Internet source: "Gilbert White FRS (18 July 1720 – 26 June 1793) was a pioneering English naturalist and ornithologist. White was born in his grandfather's vicarage at Selborne in Hampshire. He was educated at the Holy Ghost School and by a private tutor in Basingstoke before going to Oriel College, Oxford." "The Natural History and Antiquities of Selborne, or just The Natural History of Selborne is a book by pioneering English naturalist and ornithologist Gilbert White first published in 1789. It has been continuously in print since then, with nearly 300 editions up to Thames & Hudson's The Illustrated Natural History of Selborne in 2007."
