Up for auction is a complete set of 1999 - 2008 Brilliant Uncirculated State Quarters with all "P" & "D" coins. ( 100 Coins Total ) The collection is housed in the Official U.S. Mint Album which was produced by H.E. Harris especially for the U.S. Mint. The inside cover of the album tells the story of the 50 State Quarters, and on the back page is the "Certificate of Authenticity" which certifies that the album is licensed and approved by the U.S. Mint. These quarters are all brilliant uncirculated coins that were taken out of sealed mint rolls, and placed into the album using white cotton gloves.
