Up for auction is a complete set of (4) Kellog's Billboards.All four billboards are in excellent condition. Clean, unbroken, no glue residue. The lights all have the tiny sprues that attach to the billboard. The billboards all have the tiny pins that attach to the bases.In 1956 Kellogg's would issue these billboards in boxes of " Frosted Flakes " These are often confused with those that are made by Bachmann because they are approximately the same size. However, they are easily distinguished from Plasticville because of the way they mount to their bases and the fact that they came with "lights" that mounted on top of the billboard. Also, these inserts are "double-sided" where as the Plasticville inserts are "single-sided" (See Pics).The parts that make up these billboards are: Billboard / Billboard Base Stands (2/billboard) / Billboard Lights (2/billboard).Please contact me if you have any questions.
