This is a Confederate Contemporary Counterfeit Ten Dollar Note. Criswell # CT22. The contemporary counterfeits were printed, by unscrupulous persons, and often circulated along with genuine Confederate notes. Sealed in a PCGS Currency holder. PCGS is a premier authentication/grading organization. Graded Apparent Very Fine 30. Torn into two pieces and has been repaired with tape. Stain, mostly visable on the back. Mailed via first class mail, usually on the next business day after receipt of payment. I do combine purchases when possible to save you money on shipping. I have been a collector of Confederate currency and Confederate postage stamps, Obsolete Currency (mostly Southern States) for more than thirty five years. In more recent years I have also collected Confederate Bonds. Over the years I have accumulated thousands of items and will be offering some of them for sale, some with buy it now price and others at auction.
