Corgi 1/72 B-17F "Miss Minookie" Diecast NIB w/ 1 P-51D Mustang & P-47D Thunderbolt. Kit number AA99126 This is very neat Diecast model of a very famous B-17F from the Second World War. However the bonus is a P-51D Mustang and a P-47D Thunderbolt. This aircraft would not survive the Air War over Europe. The base color the B-17 was OD Green with the Triangle "A" of the 91st Bommb Group.. Both of the "Little Firends" basically bare metal. The P-51D had a Blue paint on the wings and control surfaces as well as the body. The color is something that historians and modelers agrue over with the alternative color believed to be OD Green. The actual kit is heavy, weighing in at a little over 7 pounds before packing. The box is 23 inches long, 14.5 inches wide and 5 inches deep. The model is new in the box, however the box shows much shelf wear. Check out the other Corgi Diecast Aircraft I have listed.
