Antique Cowboy Saddle Barbwire Stretcher. It was used by cowboy's to stretch barbwire by putting the ring over the saddle horn and inserting the barbwire in the clamp, and as the cowboy rode forward the clamp would tighten on the wire and another cowboy would staple the wire to the post while it was tight. Approx. 6 1/2" x 4 1/2
