There has been a considerable increase in USPS rates and I have raised mine. Package rates wnet up quite a bit. Ebay and Paypal now charge a total of 13% off the top of the shipping fees. So if I charge you $3.00 for a 5 ounce package regular first class, Ebay and Paypal take 0.39, the envelope padded averages 0.33 leaving just $2.28 for postage, a little below my cost. I try to keep shipping donw, nothing for handling but that is why the increase. Shipping quote given is for US and APO only. I ship international at cost, international buyers MUST email me for quotes before bidding!
