stamps These 2 First Day Covers for the Stamp commemorating a pair of Crane Species from China and The US were issued in Washington, DC and China on October 9th, 1994. The Covers are franked with stamps highlighting the Whooping Crane and Black-Necked Crane from both countries each and are canceled with a traditional FDOI postmark for the occasion from the US . The covers have a Gamm cachet and a Graebner Chapter 17 AFDCS design. Both covers have both versions of the stamps. This is a nice set of covers with attractive cachets.
