Custom built Fujimi 1/700 scale USS Saratoga. Model was built out of the box, and airbrushed with Model Master 5-N Navy Blue. The deck was hand painted with Model Master 20-B, Weather Deck Blue, with gray deck stripes also hand painted. Model represents the Saratoga late in the war, before the torpedo blisters were added. Grumman TBM Avengers have been painted and decaled. The lead Avenger is simulated in take off attitude, while the others wait. Model to be packed in a fiberfill material to prevent movement during shipping. This fiberfill essentially makes a pillow around the model and prevents it from moving or thrashing about. $8.00 postage, International postage intentionally high for Buy it Now requirement to pay upon purchase. Excess International postage will be refunded.
