Custom Made Felt Hat A brown custom made Sombrero felt hat for 12 inch action figures. This hat is made from felt and hardened comes with a tan leather studded band. Great hat for your bandits or cowboys hat will fit figures with a head size of 4 1/8 to 4 3/16 I use a dragon head to size. Low price compared to what others charge.
