I am offering with no reserve this rare(a widely used description, but true in this case) K-D Tee Mold made in Lancaster, PA. Sand Tee Molds/Moulds have been described as the "Holy Grail" of vintage golf tees. Sand Tee Molds/Moulds were used to set a golf ball on when teeing off on a golf hole. Before Sand Tee Molds/Moulds I guess the players dug their heel into the teeing ground to create a mound to set the ball on. This K-D Tee Mold is made of aluminum and is in very nice condition and I have not cleaned or polished it. There are minor signs that it was used, but no dings or dents. The spring that pushes the Tee out is strong and the pusher moves freely. Stamped in the push button top around the perimeter is K-D MFG.CO. LANCASTER, PA., stamped on the part that makes the dimple in the sand is PAT. APPLD. FOR. Approximate dimensions are Height is 1 3/16", Width is 1 1/16" at the base and 7/8" across the top.
