FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING (stated). 8vo. 183 ppNEAR FINE hardcover in a FINE, UNCLIPPED dustjacket.Gray cloth boards with orange stamping to the spine and front board. Boards are straight with light fingerprinting. Corners are sharp. Spine is square, binding is tight. Internally the text is tight, bright, clean and unmarked.INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR ON THE FRONT FREE ENDPAPER: "For Ken Morton from Don Westlake (R Stark)."The dustjacket is bright and clean with no chips, tears or edge wear. Jacket design by Muni Leiblein.
