Up for auction is this complete set of 12 D'Arceau Limoges Paris fashion plates. Each plate shows the individual plate number within the limited edition, the official United Nations emblem awarded for the only work of its kind honored for International womens year, the traditional hallmark of the house of D'Arceau- Limoges, and verification of genuine Limoges porcelain. I do not have the original boxes. Each plate is 8 3/4 inches in diameter and has a mounting hook on it. All plates are mint and free of chips, crazing etc. The plates cover womens most spectacular century of progress from plate #1 Scarlet en Crinoline 1865 to Brigitte en Mini-jupe 1965.
