Offering for bid: Daum French Art Glass Horse "Areion" Item # 02474Daum has been famous for French crystal art creations since 1878. Their designs and creations are featured in museums all over the world, and secure record prices at International auctions. This beautiful art piece is hand crafted by artisans in France in the ancient art of pate de verre technique. The horse measures 10.75 inches long X 7.75 inches high on the gilded brass stand. This piece is from my private collection, and has been carefully and lovingly displayed. It has no chips or repairs. It also comes in its original molded foam lined box. The box is in very good condition. SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDE INSURANCE UP TO THE AMOUNT OF THE WINNING BID!!! WHY PAY MORE?I take special care in packaging to insure safe arrival. If your item is insured and arrives damaged... upon notification, I will send you the insurance receipt, for you to take to your Post Office to file the claim. You will need to take with you the damaged item, the original packaging, and that insured receipt, as well as a printed copy of your ebay or Pay Pal invoice.
