Approximately 3" older style star, defunct rank of Policeman from McFarland, CA. Showing some wear, this star is gold in color with blue hard-fired enamel letters and number. It features a full color CA state seal. There is considerable patina on the front of the badge while much of the finish has worn off the back. A working pin and catch but the pin is bent (see photos). It is hallmarked by Entenmann-Rovin. Please note that this item conforms to all of ebay's policies re: an obsolete style badge that does not resemble a current shield, is from a defunct agency, or is 75 years or older. NOTE: Not mailed outside of the Continental United States and sold as a collectible only.
