Beautiful Designer Guild 28" Fine Porcelain Doll by artist Donna Rubert named "Celeste". She stands 28" tall and is wearing a blue dress and has angel wings that are white with blue tips on the edges of the feathers. She comes with a certificate of authenticity numbered 665 of 2000. There is also a blue ribbon with this doll. She is in excellent condition. She will be shipped in her original box, but I do not have the original packing materials.
