Disney 1933 Ingersoll "Tumbling Mickey" Electric Clock! Disney 1933 Ingersoll "Tumbling Mickey" Electric Clock! This auction is for a vintage Disney electric clock made by Ingersoll. This clock is often referred to as the "Tumbling Mickey Mouse" clock. This is one of the VERY VERY RARE editions of this clock that had RED GLOVES on Mickey's hands!!! Measures approx 4.5" wide x 2.5" thick x 4.5" tall. This clock does show obvious signs of use/wear on the metal housing. There is dent in the upper right corner of the housing (see pictures). There is also a fair amount of paint chipped/worn off as well. Original paper band that was on these clocks IS STILL INTACT!!! There is also still the manufacturer sticker on the bottom from Ingersoll! There is an Crystal does has two chips, one being in the upper left corner and the other being in the lower right! This clock has clearly undergone some restoration. The "Tumbling" part of the clock no longer functions (Mickey only stays upright; only hands move). The internal electrical components have been replaced with a more modern plug/movement. There is still a "fly tag" from a Lanshire Clock & Instrument company that must be the manufacturer aftermarket movement that was put in the original's place at some point in its life. Clock keep absolutely perfect time!!! You can see where a new thumbfob access hole has been cut in the back of casing to accomodate the new guts. The two original holes are still in the back (as seen in the pictures) The hand/minute pivot point of movement has been replaced and a nut is visible, unlike the original clocks!!
