I can't do anything about the rates or the Cost of the Shipping Supplies. We are now being penalized for our shipping costs if you give anything less than a 5 star rating. NOW WE have to add the insurance into our shipping and handling fee. Wow eBay is really wanting to Penalize us for selling on their site!
