Donna Leon The Anonymous Venetian UK First Edition priced Macmillan £14.99 net on Dust jacket (see image) This is the rare hardback first edition published Macmillan 1994 Book in most excellent condition (note: not using bookseller terminology as I am not qualified to determine if it is near mint etc. as I am not a dealer) Pages are all clean, not foxed, not stained and book doesn't fall open at a page so binding is tight and good. Red boards gold spine lettering, no bumps at edges no damage at all. Dust jacket has no creases or significant marks and is near perfect except that there is some bleaching of spine (see photo). Top of pages when looking at the book closed shows some evidence of dust having settled whilst on the shelf, and some light spotting has occurred, which is obviously not visible when the pages are being read (see image). Oh, I forgot to say, a rather fine Commissario Guido Brunetti novel, but you would hardly be buying this edition just for a good read. Please ask any questions. Many thanks.
