A Rare Grainery Door from the Island of Nias, located just off the Southern Coast of Sumatra, Indonesian Archipalego.Carved from a solid block of hardwood featuring a high relief in the form of a Geco or Tropical Lizard belived to bring favorable weather and rain for crops.This piece shows great usage wear and patina.It is presented on a custom Steel stand.Dimensions: Height of door-32 inches Note: add three inches for stand Width-24 inches Depth-2.5 inches
