DOUBLE TERMINATED ANTHRAXOLITE INCLUDED QUARTZ CRYSTAL HERKIMER COUNTY, NEW YORK 4.25 CM X 1.75 CM X 1.2 CM Quartz Sceptered Crystal Treasure Mountain, Herkimer County, New York It is clearly first and second growth crystallization, but the clear quartz crystallized on top of the anthraxolite. This crystal isn't broken; the base has lots contact with the calcite and dolamite that also grew in the pocket with it. This is a specimen from a now permanently closed classic locality, in Little Falls New York, Herkimer County. Beautiful, wonderful crystal specimen. very rare. This Herkimer is a metaphysical dream crystal.
