You are bidding on a Rosenthal SMALLER CASSEROLE marked Selb Germany Sanssouci U.S. Zone. This would have been made in the years 1945-1949 post WWII. I am selling a porcelain set of china that is a service for 12 plus many side dishes. Most dishes are in pristine condition- they appear unused. I will be breaking down the set to make it manageable for folks who are looking for certain pieces. However, if you are desiring the entire set, please contact me for a discussion of price. I would prefer a free local pick-up if possible near Quakertown Pa.- 1 hour from Philadelphia and 2 from NYC. I do not know the pattern name on this set. It looks like "Diplomat" without the gold; the trim is a magenta pink. Details: Vegetable or Casserole Dish. Dish shown to the right of the larger tureen for size in first photo. Stands 6" tall to handle top. Measures 10.25" from handle to handle. Opening is 7". This vegetable would hold quite a bit of food. (I am selling a second casserole in a separate sale that is exactly the same in size.) *Excellent condition- no interior stains. In NEW condition. Base color is ivory/cream.
