THIS NAPOLEON WILL RULE FOREVER & EVER!! Once this incredible French 100 Franc bank note enters your domain, it will assume a "commanding role" in your collection. You will never tire of its spectacular engraving, symphonic profusion of colors, historic signicance, rarity, size or condition. Indeed, this stellar currency creation rates at the top of all these categories. Measuring a whopping 3.5" + by 6.75", the bill is even larger than U.S. Large Currency yet drastically undervalued in comparison (a large size U.S. $100 in this condition would easily top $1500-$2000). The face features a close-up portrait of a dashing Napoleon Bonaparte in an embroidered uniform before the Arc de Triomphe, surrounded by the most elaborately ornate borders imaginable. The reverse "flips" the portrait, which now faces right before a cluster of Napoleonic flags and the French National Dome. A red and gold swan adorns the border. Napoleon is again portrayed, this time in profile, in a bold black and white watermark at the center - icing on the cake!!
