This is a new, old-stock dollhouse still in the box ! Appears complete but without opening it further I can't tell if instructions, etc are still there; what you will get is what you see in these pictures. See note below last two pictures. Please scroll down through 10 pictures. When I got this the end of the box was open as shown in the two pictures above. There is an open space measuring about 8" x 2" x 3". I don't know if anything was in that spot in the past or not; I have not opened the box further as it is well sealed around the remaining edges, so I can't speak to what the rest of the contents are.
