On auction today is....2 (two) Vintage Items.1st - The vintage very early firefighter bunker jacket. It does not have reflectors. It is made of a fire retardant rubber by the AUB co. It says AUB Rubber Co. on the inside rubber pocket. It was a Lieutenant's Jacket for Engine 1 and marked as such on the back.It has metal hooks that clamp for buttons and a corduroy collar.Subject wearing the jacket is 5'7" tall and weighs 195lbs. with a 44 chest size to give you an idea of what size the coat is.2nd - Is a very well used not as old as the jacket but still vintage yellow helmet. The helmet has a protective shield that moves up and down to cover the face. It has a lot of soot on it and would need to be cleaned by the new owner.
