You are bidding on an early onyx plaque with a handpaintedporcelain medallion. It has a champleue’frame. Below the plaque is a lift lid reservoir with a white porcelain bowl. The back is encased with solid brass with great patina. There are very minor flakes around the edge of the onyx. It is 7 ½” long and 5” wide and is from the 1860’s-1880’s. Good luck and !
