The U.S. Government Printing Office published this early edition of the REPORT OF THE PRESIDENT'S COMMISSION ON THE ASSASSINATION OF PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY in 1964 with the original order request laid in (I've covered the signature to protect the innocent of course). I think you'll agree that finding such documented examples happens only rarely. This 888-page volume rates near fine, the text clean and unmarked, in a very sound binding with the very merest shelfwear. Johnson on November 29, 1963 [1] to investigate the assassination of United States President John F. Kennedy that had taken place on November 22, 1963.
