Item Title Eastlake Wood Clock Shelf Antique Description I guarantee this to be as shown in the photos and as stated in my description unless otherwise noted. I think this east lake is Victorian era and after . This shelf is very typical of the type that were made , many be German workers , in a style that included deer with antlers etc. Many of them were numbered on the back but this one has a number 150 stamped. . It has been refinished. What makes it highly unusual is that it has a tile set in the center. Looks like a Dutch style tile and is, I am certain original to the piece. I have at least 10 more of this style that will be coming up. Some are smaller but none larger than this one . Basically it does speak for itself. I kept looking at it and had never actually noticed but both area at the bottom of the vertical supports look like they have a inch or so missing. Quality antiques are getting harder and harder to find. This is a wonderful piece and I dare say it would be priced somew between $200-300 in a store regardless of its small problem as pointed out above.. It is 20.0 Long It is 7.5 Wide to accept clock. It is 09.00 high While I describe it in great shape remember it is old or antique and tfore the terms that I use are that the piece shows its age beautifully. These shelves are getting to be highly collectible and I never see them in shops anymore. I have many more I will be listing in short order. Reason though I am selling is I want this beautiful item out of my hands and into yours to appreciate. Anything that has works or running parts or glass or wood that breaks I will help make an insurance claim if I included the coverage or you requested it. I try to include a minimum insurance with all my items as that way I get a proof of delivery and know if something broke the post office will pay. I will not allow partial refunds. T are too many tricksters on EBay and I am an old dog with a minimal capacity to learn new tricks. Ask and ask and have me send more photos or tell you more about the item etc. If I tell you I don't know about something or use the word "guess" then I will not warrant that fact and you buy it for what you think it is. However, If I didn't in the spirit of it properly describe a piece I will entertain, with a slant in your favor, taking the piece back. I have heard of all sorts of tricks concerning a similar broken item being sent back after a complaint. If I didn't tell you it was broke in the description then it happened in shipping. Assume the photo is accurate unless I tell you otherwise. Please, no tricks! Just square dealing. Try the item out right away and examine it carefully immediately. Time is of the essence in square dealing. If you will be gone when the item comes ask me to delay shipment until you are home. I have nothing but common sense in dealing and assume you do too.
