After a number of years collecting match worn and quality replica football shirts, I have decided that it is time to sell some of my collection. Over the next few weeks I will be listing over 100 shirts from a variety of clubs and national teams. The vast majority of these shirts are from either the 1970s or 1980s. This auction is for: ENGLAND MATCH WORN 'INTERMEDIATE' (UNDER 21s) 1974-81 HOME SHIRT, manufactured by ADMIRAL, number 6 (the number 6 was most often worn by PAUL FUTCHER of LUTON TOWN and MANCHESTER CITY, including all Under 21 games between the end of 1976 and end of 1978, so it was most likely worn by him). The shirt is SHORT SLEEVED. The collar tag is faded, but you can just about make out the word MENS, which is in line with other ADMIRAL match issue shirts of the period. The ADMIRAL logo and ENGLAND INTERMEDIATE badge are both stitched on patches. The number 6 on the back of the shirt is MACHINE STITCHED. The shirt is in overall good condition, with just a few minor stains. Buyer pays £7.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery postage within the UK, or £11.00 for fully insured Royal Mail Airsure postage worldwide. If you have any questions please get in touch!
