This is a lovely covered soap dish with insert. Set was made by Edwards Bros, stamped on bottom (see photo). Set dates to 1884 according to registration number stamped in bottom. Set measures 5 7/8 " x 4 1/4" x 3 1/2" tall. This body style is called Victory, very noticable by finial . Pattern on piece is called Moss Rose , which has double rose sprays on either side of lid and base. This set is in excellent condition with no cracks, discoloration, only two minor chips on inside of lid, colorless crazing and worn gold lustre around rim. A very charming addition to add to any collection. Thanks for looking.
