Hi, up for auction is a Gorgeous, Evans Ladies Bicycle. This retro 26" classic sports a seafoam green finish, in amazing condition. It's 100% original, all decals look great, and t is nothing bent,dented, broke or missing. The tank is in great shape as is the rear paper carrier.I tried a battery & new bulb in the front headlamp of the tank but could not get it to work? I'm sure it's something simple.And may have it working for the new owner. T is no corrosion whatsoever in the tank.T is some surface rust on the front rim, about 25% and also on the rear rim about 10%, The pedals, and seat show only minimal wear.T is some very lite pitting on sections of the chrome on the handlebars, and T are some scratches on various locations on the fenders & frame. But You have to look for them, The tires hold air, as the bike is ready to ride, And feels very solid.It would make a great campus retro ride for a new college student. This was a one owner, and was bought in the late 1950's, and was stored in the rafters of a garage for most of it's life. And has you can see, the bike had very little use.
